The staff are very friendly, they have a good hospitality. The hotel manager is well-cooperate with guests. The Wireless-internet is high speeded. Basically I recommend this hotel
The location isnt good, breakfast buffet is a little bit poor. Finally the total price is unfair.

It was a unique stay unlike other hotels, it offered a warm and tranquil feeling. The restaurants are definately world class.

Air conditioning is not properly cooling the rooms. Already informed hotel staff about this general issue. I believe it's general since I stayed on different rooms on different floors.

Almost everything is new being opened lately. Close to a couple of shopping malls.
Somethings are not available or not ready, like the spa and the underground parking. Located next to a government building makes it impossible to find a parking in working hours.

It is a nice and cosy Hotel. I t is very close to seef shopping mall.
They do not have many sport tv channels.All hotels in the area have AL Jazzira sport channels.

- 20% tax. - Internet is much expenseve. - expensive breakfast. - bad staff. - rooms deferent than pic on booking website.

The location and vicinity to Seef District.
The toilets are not very well equipped, the Nespresso capsules although only two were provided, they wanted to charge me and managed out... last thing, the Internet daily cost is rediculously expensive!
